The aims and objectives as envisaged in the memorandum of association of Nanded Education Society,Nanded as adopted in the year 1950 reads as under:
"The aims and objects of the society shall be to start and takeover educational institutions and to supplement the educational endeavors of the Maharashtra state by imparting education youths of this state generally and Marathwada particularly, an efficient primary, secondary, technical and university education, with a view to infusing in them the spirit of enlightened and responsible citizenship, worthy of a secular, democratic state. To this end the society shall open and takeover institutions and shall take other steps as may be most conducive to the attainment of the aims and objectives.
